Custom shortcuts from Firefox address bar

We picked up a great Firefox bookmark tip from [Colin]. He wanted an easier way to look up bug numbers on the launchpad bug tracker. Because the url is always the same with the bug number at the end of the address, he replaced the final portion of the url with %s. Now, when he types the keyword followed by the bug number in the address bar the bug page loads right up.

While most people don’t the “problem” of thousands of daily page views to their Facebook Pages, many large page administrators have an untapped monetization opportunity which is where FanChecker comes in. Facebook Lets Users Modify Existing Ads

One of the most needed features for Facebook Ads is now finally available as of this weekend: you can edit existing advertisements. According to Facebook, “you can now edit your ad’s text, image, and targeting” from the Ads Manager. Modifications to your advertisements will temporarily pause them until the changes have been approved by the ads team. This post is somehow related to my previous post about javascript function context.  Recently I helped one of my friends to debug a very funny problem. He told me that his inline event handler doen’t work, because he could not pass this object to his function.
