I want to take a minute to address the over 450 subscribers here at GlobalConfig.net.  Over a year ago when I started blogging I was primarily about my CCIE Studies.  Now that I have passed the CCIE Security I am on to the R&S and Voice, kinda at the same time.  With that, work, and family it’s been difficult to bring you fresh, useful content.  That’s all about to change.

The Linux4nano project has been working to port the Linux kernel onto the iPod Nano along with other iPods in general. Although the iPodLinux project has had luck with some older iPods, newer models protect firmware updates with encryption. Doritos has launched a new “advergame” which integrates Facebook Connect to pull user information into a choose your own adventure type advertisement. The advertisement, developed by We Are Social and BBDO, lets the user find their way through a movie-like story about identity thieves.
