A new survey has found that almost a quarter of student cyclists at UK universities have been a victim of bike theft.The survey, carried out by M&S home insurance, found that 22% of student cyclists had had a bike stolen, while 14% had been burgled while at university. “The economy appears to be at a turning point,” the commission said. It forecast growth of 0.2% for the July to September quarter, with Germany and France continuing to grow and Italy exiting recession.
